The University of Cincinnati (UC) Brain Tumor Center seeks outstanding candidates for the position of Director of Medical Neuro-Oncology. The ideal candidate will be board-certified in neurology, internal medicine, or medical oncology, and have completed a fellowship in neuro-oncology. In addition, he/she will have at least 5 years experience in brain tumor treatment and clinical trials.
Primary responsibilities include patient care, management of a broad portfolio of clinical trials, translational research collaborations within the University of Cincinnati program, and the education of neuro-oncology trainees. The position is part of the prestigious and internationally renowned Mayfield Clinic. Faculty appointment will be at either the Full or Associate Professor level in the UC Department of Neurosurgery, commensurate with the successful candidate’s experience and accomplishments. Adjunct Faculty status within either the Department of Neurology or the Division of Hematology/Oncology is also available.
